Holistic First is home to some of the most highly regarded Personal Trainers and strength and conditioning coaches in the UK. All our trainers have a minimum of Bachelor ’s Degrees in sports science, and undertake further study to ensure we’re always at the cutting edge. We love what we do and are constantly learning and training ourselves. We are continuously driven by the incredible sense of fulfilment we feel when we help someone achieve their goals – no matter if they’re an elite athlete or a middle-aged housewife.

We understand no two bodies are alike. Every client has a unique physical structure, fitness, medical history and set of goals and aspirations. There is no one-size-fits-all set of generic exercises, despite what many health clubs and less experienced trainers might promote.
